Public offices and institutions
Barrier-free customer service, on the spot, right away.
VinFinitti removes the communication barrier wherever access to information is critical - in public offices, healthcare facilities and public institutions.
A real problem.
Deaf and non-speaking people face a communication barrier every day in public offices, hospitals, at the police, or in educational institutions. VinFinitti provides the tools - VinSign software and VinTech hardware - that let institutions serve such a person immediately, without waiting for an interpreter.
Who it's for.
We're focusing our first deployments on three types of institutions.
Barrier-free customer service, on the spot, right away.
Clear communication where every word matters.
Inclusive communication in education and everyday teamwork.
How it works.
Deployment doesn't require organisational changes or extra staff. All you need is a device you're already using.
A staff member flags with one tap that the person needs communication support - at the desk, at reception or in the consulting room.
The system instantly launches translation: speech into sign language via an avatar, or lip reading into text and speech.
Both sides talk freely, right there - no booking an interpreter in advance, no rescheduling the visit.
The conversation can be saved as a transcript - ready to file in medical, administrative or school records.
Sectors.
Every sector has its own requirements. Click to see deployment details.
Accessibility legislation requires public offices to communicate with deaf and non-speaking citizens. In practice, that often still means a piece of paper or an interpreter booked for another day.
VinFinitti lets that person be served immediately, at the same counter. The clerk puts on VinTech glasses or opens the app on a tablet, and the system translates the conversation both ways in real time.
Ask about deploymentIn medicine, every misunderstanding has a cost. A patient who can't precisely describe their symptoms, or doesn't understand a doctor's instructions, is at risk of misdiagnosis or complications.
VinFinitti gives medical staff a tool for immediate, accurate communication. The doctor speaks normally, and the patient sees a real-time sign language translation. In emergencies, the conversation starts right away.
Ask about deploymentA deaf student rarely has a sign language interpreter in every lesson. An employee with a hearing disability rarely has one in every team meeting. VinFinitti fills in all the moments when no one is on hand.
A teacher can talk freely with a parent at a school meeting, the school office can handle a student's matter without rescheduling, and a company can let hearing and deaf employees work on the same team.
